| AT THE THEATER
-Please arrive at the theater 20 to 30 minutes before curtain time.
-Seating is first come first seated unless otherwise stated on your confirmation.
-Bring the yellow copy of your confirmation stamped "THIS IS YOUR TICKET" to the theater.
-Please ask your students to dispose of any food, drink, candy or gum before entering the theater. eating or drinking is not permitted in the theater.
-The use of cameras, any video or audio device is strictly prohibited.
-Please turn off all pagers, cell phones and alarms on watches before entering the theater.

WHEN TO PAY
-Full payment must be received 6 weeks before performance date, a payment due date will be written on your invoice. If payment is not received by this, your order is subject to cancellation.
-Payment cannot be accepted at the theater.
-No credits or refunds.

HOW TO PAY
-CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: We accept school checks or teachers personal checks. Please do not send individual checks from your students. Checks and money orders should be made payable to The Paper Bag Players and mailed to :

Please write the performance date you are attending in the memo section of the check.
-Purchaser Orders:
If paying with a purchase order, please fax, mail or email the order as confirmation of payment to be made by purchase order. All purchase orders must be received before the payment due date written on your invoice.
Please attach a copy of your invoice to the purchase order.
Please include your school name, and address, date of the performance and the total number of seats reserved on the purchase order.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
-If a performance is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, we will call you when schools reopen to discuss rescheduling the performance. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled performance, we will issue you a full refund.
